Notary Fees

1. 1st signature of each individual: $6

2. Each additional signature of each individual: $1

3. Administering an oath/affirmation: $6

4. Taking deposition of witness, for each 100 words: $0.50

5. Swearing a witness to deposition: $6

6. Protesting a bill/note: $4

7. Each additional notice of protest: $1

8. Protesting in all other cases: $4

9. Certified copy (copies not included/must be made by the Notary): $6

10. Uncertified copy of an entry from a Notary's record book, per page: $0.50

11. All notarial acts not provided for: $6

Travel Fees

Locally: Meeting location at Denny’s on 288 South.  Travel fee charged from Denny's as starting point.

1. Standard mobile fee: $25

2. Express Mobile Fee: $50

3. After hours 6pm-9pm, 6am-9am & weekends: $50

4. Late night/Emergency 9pm-6am: $100

5. Holidays: $140

6. Mileage Surcharge (>10 miles) per mile: $2.00

7. Location Charge Fee: Hospitals/nursing homes, 30 minutes at location: $50

8. Jails and Detention Centers 1 hour at location: $100

9. Excessive Wait Time per 30 minute over: $45

10. Hobby/Bush Airport Terminal Fee: $75

11. Cancellation Fees: Under 2 hours - 100% of mobile fee

12. Upon Notary arrival: 100% of mobile fee
